What if Statement
What if we could control our sleep?

Project Description
Two-thirds of adults throughout all developed nations fail to obtain the recommended eight hours of nightly sleep. I wanted to create a way that we would be able to control the way we sleep. Everyone has a unique circadian rhythm that changes throughout the course of the day. Sync In is a brand that allows the user to control their rhythm and sync into their sleep. Sync In is a patch that uses biochemical ink to tattoo your skin. From a device on their phone they are able to manage their sleep and the ink would affect your body directly. Sleep is more important than we think, affecting you physically and psychologically.
